On 2-3 October, 2018, representatives of VSTU took part in the seminar of the management group in the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Innovative ICT Education for Social and Economic Development”, organized by the Faculty of Information Technology at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK.
The participants of the seminar considered the issues of acquiring equipment necessary for the project implementation; development of project reporting documentation; implementation of the plan for the preparation of promotional products of the project, the project sustainability strategies.
Head of the ISAP department, project manager Vadim Kazakov made a presentation on the results of the work of the VSTU team on the IESED project.
During the project meeting experts from the University of Science and Technology (Lille, France), De Montfort University (Leicester, UK), University of Economics (Bydgoszcz, Poland) assessed the work of Belarusian partners, and the high level of training materials prepared was noted.
A meeting with the managers of the Department of International Relations of the University of De Montfort, Leicester, United Kingdom was also held, where the promising areas of bilateral cooperation between VSTU and De Montfort University were discussed.
